The Karma Yoga Blog

Plainly written guides from Ritika Khandelwal — what a class in Mansarovar actually costs, what happens in your first sixty minutes, and what yoga may and may not do for a painful back or a PCOS diagnosis. No miracle claims, no filler.

Almost everything here started as a question a student asked at the studio door. Some are local and practical — timings, fees, what to wear. Others are the health questions people search for at midnight and rarely get a straight answer to. Every article is written and reviewed by Ritika, who teaches every batch herself, and every health article says clearly where yoga helps and where you need a doctor instead.

All nine articles fit on this page. More are being written — the next ones are on yoga for weight loss, on yoga for neck and cervical pain, and on what to expect in your very first class.

Where to start

Which article should I read first?

If you are choosing a class, start with the first two. If you arrived with a health question, start with the condition page rather than the article — it is shorter and says plainly whether a class here would suit you.

Reading is not practising

Come and try a class instead

The first class is free, in any batch, opposite Thadi Market in Agarwal Farm, Mansarovar. Mats and props provided; bring loose clothes and water.
