Yoga Class Timings & Batch Schedule
Six batches a day, Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM at the Agarwal Farm studio. Here is the whole week in one grid, plus how to pick a slot you will actually keep.
Classes run six days a week in two blocks: mornings from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and evenings from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Sunday is a rest day and the studio is closed. Every batch is taught by Ritika Khandelwal herself, which is the reason there are six batches and not sixteen.
This grid is the standing weekly schedule. A batch occasionally shifts by ten or fifteen minutes — in peak summer the morning slot sometimes moves earlier, and festival weeks change things. Message on WhatsApp or call +91-7424991400 before you plan your week, and Ritika will confirm the exact time and whether that batch currently has space.

Weekday and weekend
Which batches run on which days?
Monday to Friday carries the full timetable. Saturday drops power yoga and both evening specialist batches, and keeps the three batches most students attend.
Monday to Friday
The full timetable. Six slots a day, though power yoga, prenatal, pranayama and kids yoga each run on alternate days rather than daily.
- 6:00 – 7:00 AM · Hatha Yoga · every weekday
- 7:15 – 8:15 AM · Power Yoga · Mon, Wed, Fri
- 10:00 – 11:00 AM · Ladies-Only Yoga · every weekday
- 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM · Prenatal & Postnatal · Tue, Thu
- 5:00 – 6:00 PM · Hatha Yoga · every weekday
- 6:30 – 7:30 PM · Meditation & Pranayama · Mon, Wed, Fri
- 6:30 – 7:15 PM · Kids Yoga · Tue, Thu
Saturday
A shorter Saturday. The two hatha batches and the ladies-only batch run as usual, and prenatal keeps its 11:15 AM slot. Power yoga, pranayama and kids yoga do not run.
- 6:00 – 7:00 AM · Hatha Yoga
- 10:00 – 11:00 AM · Ladies-Only Yoga
- 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM · Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
- 5:00 – 6:00 PM · Hatha Yoga
Sunday
The studio is closed. Sunday is a genuine rest day for the room and for Ritika, and no group batch runs.
- No studio batches
- Occasional home or online one-to-one sessions by prior arrangement only
- A good day for ten minutes of your own practice — Ritika sends students home with a short sequence for exactly this
How do I pick the right batch?
Pick the time you can attend on your worst week, not your best one. The batch that survives a late night, a deadline and a house guest is the one that changes anything; the 5:30 AM plan made on a Sunday evening usually does not.
After that, the choice is mostly about what you want out of the hour. Most people start in hatha and stay there. A rough guide:
| If you are… | Start in | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A complete beginner | 6:00 AM or 5:00 PM hatha | Slow, fully demonstrated, every posture has an easier version. Nobody expects you to touch your toes. |
| A woman who prefers a women-only room | 10:00 AM ladies-only | Women only, taught by a female instructor. Fills fastest — ask about space early. |
| Working towards weight management | 7:15 AM power yoga, plus hatha on other days | Higher intensity three days a week works better alongside slower practice than on its own. |
| Pregnant or recently delivered | 11:15 AM prenatal & postnatal | Trimester-wise sequencing. Written clearance from your doctor is required before you join. |
| Managing back, neck or knee discomfort | Either hatha batch | You join the normal batch and get a modified version of about four postures. Tell Ritika before class. |
| Mainly after calm and better sleep | 6:30 PM meditation & pranayama | An hour of breathwork and stillness rather than postures. Chairs available. |
| A parent of a 7–14 year old | 6:30 PM kids yoga, Tue & Thu | Focus, posture and exam-season calm. Parents may wait in the anteroom. |
| Over 60, or finding the floor hard | 5:00 PM hatha, chair-supported | A chair-supported sequence runs inside the evening batch. Home visits if travel is the problem. |
If none of that settles it, come to a free trial in whichever slot is convenient this week and ask afterwards. Ritika will tell you honestly which batch suits you, including when the honest answer is a different studio nearer your house.
What happens if I miss a class?
Nothing is deducted and no make-up is required — the monthly fee buys a batch, not a fixed count of classes. Missing two days in a busy week is normal and not worth apologising for.
Two things are worth doing anyway. If you will be away for a week or more — travel, a wedding, exams, an illness — message Ritika before you go and your month can be held, so those days are added at the end instead of quietly disappearing. And if you miss a single class you especially wanted, ask whether the other hatha batch that same day has space; single make-ups across batches are usually possible when the room is not full.
What we ask in return is a message when you stop coming. A student who vanishes keeps a seat in a twelve-person batch that somebody on the waiting list wanted.
How many students are in a batch?
Eight to twelve. That is a deliberate ceiling rather than a lack of demand: past twelve, hands-on posture correction stops happening and the teacher becomes a person at the front of a hall calling out instructions.
The practical effect is that the 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM batches fill first and sometimes have a short waiting list, particularly in January and again after Diwali. The 5:00 PM batch almost always has room. If a batch is full you will be told so plainly rather than squeezed in.
What should I bring, and when should I arrive?
Bring loose clothes you can bend in, a water bottle and a small towel. Everything else — mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets and chairs — is provided, so there is nothing to buy before your first class.
Bring
- Loose cotton clothes — a kurta and leggings is perfectly normal here
- A water bottle
- A small towel
- Your own mat if you prefer one, though studio mats are cleaned between batches
- Any doctor's note or report if you are joining with a health condition
Arriving
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first class so you can talk to Ritika before it starts
- Empty stomach, or at least two hours after a light meal — three to four after a full one
- Shoes come off at the door; there is space for them inside
- Two-wheeler parking is on the lane outside, opposite Thadi Market
- If you are running late, come in quietly at the back rather than skipping — nobody will mind
Full directions, the map and the WhatsApp number are on the contact page, and there is more about what the first sixty minutes actually feel like in the first-class guide.
What are the timings for home and online classes?
Home visits and online one-to-one sessions are scheduled individually rather than from the fixed grid, because they sit in the gaps between studio batches. Home slots are limited — each visit costs travel time as well as class time — so it is worth asking early rather than at the end of the month.
| Option | Usual slots | Frequency | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Home visit | 8:30 – 9:30 AM, 12:30 – 4:00 PM | 2 or 3 days a week | Mansarovar, Agarwal Farm, Shipra Path, SFS Mansarovar, Jhalana Chhod, Gopalpura Bypass and Pratap Nagar |
| Online, India | Early morning or after 8:00 PM | 2 to 5 days a week | Live video, one-to-one, not a recording |
| Online, other time zones | By arrangement | Weekly or twice weekly | Early India time suits the Gulf and Europe; evening suits the US |
| Corporate, on-site | By arrangement, often 5:30 – 6:30 PM | Weekly or twice weekly | See corporate yoga |
Questions
Schedule & timings — FAQs
What are the yoga class timings in Mansarovar, Jaipur?
Karma Yoga runs Monday to Saturday. Morning batches are 6:00 to 7:00 AM (hatha yoga) and 7:15 to 8:15 AM (power yoga, Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Mid-day batches are 10:00 to 11:00 AM (ladies-only) and 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM (prenatal and postnatal, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). Evening batches are 5:00 to 6:00 PM (hatha yoga) and 6:30 PM (meditation and pranayama on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; kids yoga on Tuesday and Thursday).
Sunday is a rest day. Timings are confirmed on enquiry because a batch occasionally shifts by fifteen minutes.
How do I choose which yoga batch to join?
Choose the time you can attend on your worst week, not your best one. Most beginners start in a hatha batch, either 6:00 AM or 5:00 PM. Women who prefer a women-only room take the 10:00 AM ladies-only batch. Power yoga at 7:15 AM suits students who already move regularly and want a higher-intensity session.
What happens if I miss a yoga class?
Nothing is deducted for a missed class and no make-up is required. If you are away for a full week or longer, message Ritika before you go and your month can be held so those days are added at the end. Occasional single classes can be made up in another batch on the same day if there is space, by arrangement.
How many students are in each batch?
Batches are kept to eight to twelve students so Ritika can correct posture individually rather than teach from the front of a full hall. The 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM batches fill first, so it is worth asking about space before you plan your week.
Do you hold yoga classes on Sunday in Mansarovar?
No. Sunday is a rest day at the studio and the room is closed. Home visits and online one-to-one sessions can occasionally be arranged on a Sunday by prior agreement, but there is no regular Sunday batch.
What should I bring to my first yoga class?
Loose clothes you can bend in, a water bottle and a small towel. Mats, bolsters, blocks, straps and chairs are provided. Come on an empty stomach, or leave at least two hours after a light meal, and arrive five to ten minutes early so you can tell Ritika about any injury or health condition before the class starts.
Can I switch to a different batch later?
Yes. Students move between the morning and evening hatha batches all the time when work or college timings change. Tell Ritika a day in advance so she knows the numbers in each room. Moving into the ladies-only or prenatal batch depends on space, because those two fill up fastest.
Do you run yoga classes at home or online, and at what time?
Yes. Home visits across Mansarovar, Agarwal Farm, Shipra Path, SFS Mansarovar, Gopalpura Bypass, Pratap Nagar and Jhalana Chhod usually run between 8:30 and 9:30 AM or between 12:30 and 4:00 PM, in the gaps between the studio batches. Online one-to-one sessions within India are usually early morning or after 8:00 PM.
Both are scheduled individually rather than from the fixed timetable, and home slots are limited because each visit costs travel time as well as class time.
