Tell Ritika a little about you

Only your name and mobile number are required. Everything else just helps her pick the right batch for you before you arrive.

Getting here

How do you reach the studio?

The studio is opposite Thadi Market, in Agarwal Farm, Jhalana Chhod — a five-minute ride from Shipra Path and about twelve minutes from Gopalpura Bypass.

  • From Shipra Path: head towards Agarwal Farm and turn at the Thadi Market crossing. The lane directly opposite the market is the one you want.
  • From Gopalpura Bypass: take Madhyam Marg towards Mansarovar, continue past SFS Mansarovar into Jhalana Chhod, then follow signs for Agarwal Farm.
  • From Pratap Nagar or Dadu Dayal Nagar: come in via Mansarovar link road; Agarwal Farm is signposted before you reach Thadi Market.
  • The landmark to look for: Thadi Market itself. Stand facing the market and the studio lane is straight across from it, at house number 112/187.
  • Parking: two-wheeler parking is right outside the entrance. Cars park on the service lane beside the market.
  • Access: the practice room is at ground level — no stairs to climb before or after class.

Before you come

Questions people ask before their first class

What should I bring to my first yoga class?

Loose clothing you can bend in, a water bottle, and an empty stomach — leave two to three hours after a meal and about an hour after tea or coffee. Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are provided at the studio, so you do not need to buy anything before your trial class.

If you have a prescription, a recent report or a doctor's instruction that affects your movement, bring it or mention it to Ritika before class begins.

Do I need to be flexible before I start yoga?

No. Flexibility is a result of practising, not a requirement for starting. Most people who join at Karma Yoga cannot touch their toes on day one, and that is completely normal.

Ritika gives you a modified version of each posture — a block under the hand, a bend in the knee, a blanket under the hips — until your range improves.

Is there a free trial class?

Yes. Your first class is free, in any batch, with no card, no sign-up and no obligation to continue.

Message on WhatsApp or send the form on this page first so Ritika knows to expect you and can confirm which batch currently has space.

Do you have ladies-only yoga batches in Mansarovar?

Yes. The 10:00 to 11:00 AM batch is women-only, Monday to Saturday, taught by Ritika Khandelwal, who is a female instructor. It is the batch that fills up first, so it is worth asking about availability before you plan your week.

Prenatal students are welcome in it with a doctor's clearance. More detail is on the ladies-only yoga page.

No card, no sign-up
