Corporate Yoga Classes in Jaipur
On-site at your office, online for your remote half, or as a one-off workshop. Sessions built around the specific problems a nine-hour desk day creates — not a generic gym class relabelled for HR.
What is corporate yoga, and what does it actually solve?
Corporate yoga is a scheduled session delivered at your workplace, or online to your team, aimed at the physical cost of desk work: stiff necks, rounded shoulders, tight hips, aching lower backs, tired eyes, and the low-grade tension that builds through a delivery week. It is not a fitness programme and it is not a team-building exercise.
At Karma Yoga, every session is designed and delivered by Ritika Khandelwal, CERT_PLACEHOLDER certified, who has taught 500+ students in Mansarovar over 5+ years. Companies deal with one instructor throughout — the person who plans your programme is the person who turns up on Wednesday morning.
The problem
What nine hours at a desk does to a team
These are the complaints that come up in the first session at almost every office. Each has a specific counter-practice.
Neck and shoulder tightness
A monitor set too low pulls the head forward all day. Sessions open with neck, upper-back and shoulder release for exactly this reason.
Lower-back ache
Hours of sitting shorten hip flexors and switch off the glutes. Hip openers and gentle back extension counter it.
Wrist and forearm strain
Keyboard and mouse work is repetitive load. Wrist mobility takes two minutes and is the practice employees most often continue on their own.
Eye and screen fatigue
Simple eye exercises and short guided relaxation give people something to use at 4 PM that is not another coffee.
Shallow, held breathing
Under pressure, most people breathe into the upper chest only. Slow anulom vilom is taught as a desk-level, thirty-second reset.
Afternoon slump
A short standing sequence after lunch does more for the rest of the day than most teams expect.
Who is corporate yoga for?
Any organisation in Jaipur with people at desks. Sessions have been designed for offices of eight and for floors of eighty, and the format changes accordingly.
- IT, BPO and services companies where the whole floor is screen-bound
- Startups and small offices that want one recurring session a week without a wellness budget process
- HR teams looking for a wellness initiative employees actually attend twice
- Manufacturing and back-office teams with long standing or long sitting shifts
- Schools, colleges and hospitals booking sessions for staff rather than students
- Companies marking International Yoga Day on 21 June who want something better than a photo opportunity
Formats
Three ways companies book sessions
Most organisations start with a single workshop, then move to a weekly or fortnightly slot once attendance proves itself.
| Format | Typical length | Frequency | What you need to provide |
|---|---|---|---|
| On-site at your office | 45 or 60 minutes | Weekly or twice weekly, before work, at lunch, or at 5:30 PM | A cleared room — meeting room, cafeteria or training room. Mats can be arranged. |
| Desk and chair session | 30 minutes | Weekly, usually mid-afternoon | Nothing. Employees stay at their workstations in office clothing. |
| Online, live on video | 30 or 45 minutes | Weekly, for hybrid and remote teams | A meeting link and a calendar invite. Works alongside an on-site slot for the office half of the team. |
| One-off workshop | 60 to 90 minutes | Wellness days, offsites, 21 June | A room and a date. Book several weeks ahead for June. |
What does a typical corporate session look like?
Forty-five minutes, scalable up or down, and designed so that nobody has to return to their desk uncomfortable. There is no floor work in the chair-based version at all.
| Minutes | What happens |
|---|---|
| 0–5 | Settling, and a quick check of who has an existing injury or condition to work around |
| 5–15 | Neck, shoulder, wrist and spinal mobility — seated or standing |
| 15–30 | Standing sequence for hips, hamstrings and lower back, scaled to the room |
| 30–38 | Breathing practice, plus two techniques employees can use at their desk |
| 38–45 | Short guided relaxation, and a takeaway to practise until the next session |
What you get
What is included in a corporate programme
Yoga supports general wellbeing and is complementary to medical care. It does not replace occupational health advice or any treatment your employees are receiving.
One named instructor
Ritika plans and teaches every session herself. No rotating freelancers, no substitute you were not told about.
A sequence built for your team
After the first session the plan is adjusted to what that specific floor actually complains about.
A written quote
One figure covering the agreed sessions, with travel within Jaipur included. No per-head billing surprises.
A desk practice sheet
A printable one-page routine your team can use on days there is no session.
Attendance feedback
A short monthly note on turnout and what the group is asking for, so HR has something concrete to report.
A trial session first
Book one session before committing to a programme. If the room does not take to it, nothing is lost.

Timings & fees
Scheduling and pricing
Corporate sessions run at your timings, not ours — before work, at lunch, or after 5:30 PM.
| Slot | Typical use | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 8:00 – 9:00 AM | Before the working day starts | Highest attendance in most offices |
| 1:30 – 2:00 PM | Post-lunch desk and chair session | 30 minutes, no change of clothes needed |
| 5:30 – 6:30 PM | End of day, on-site | Works well as a weekly fixture |
| By arrangement | Shift teams, workshops, offsites | Weekend workshops possible with notice |
Corporate programmes are quoted individually because length, frequency, group size and location all move the number. Studio fees for individual students are published openly.
Questions
Corporate yoga FAQs
How much space does a corporate yoga session need?
For a mat-based session, roughly 1.5 by 2 metres per participant — a cleared meeting room, cafeteria or training room usually works. For a chair-based desk session, no extra space at all is needed; employees stay at their own workstations.
How many employees can join one session?
Up to about 25 people per on-site session keeps it useful, because beyond that individual correction stops being possible. Larger organisations are usually scheduled as two or three back-to-back batches on the same day, or split across departments through the week.
Do employees need to change clothes or bring anything?
Not for chair and desk-based sessions — they are designed to be done in office clothing. For mat-based sessions, comfortable clothing helps, and mats can be arranged. Nobody is asked to do anything that leaves them sweating before a meeting.
What does a corporate yoga programme cost in Jaipur?
It depends on session length, frequency, group size, location and whether it is on-site or online. Send the enquiry form on this page with those details and you will receive a written quote — a single figure, no per-head surprises.
Can sessions run online for a hybrid or remote team?
Yes. Online sessions run live on video, are structured for people working from home with no equipment, and can be scheduled at the start of the day or as a mid-afternoon reset. They work well alongside a monthly on-site session for the office-based half of a team. See online & home yoga.
Can you run a one-off session for International Yoga Day?
Yes — 21 June bookings and other one-off wellness-day workshops are a regular request. These are best booked several weeks ahead, since the date is in demand across Jaipur. A single workshop can also be a low-commitment way to test whether a regular programme is worth running.
