Privacy policy
This is a small yoga studio's website, not a data business. We collect the least we can, use it only to answer you, and never sell it to anybody. This page explains exactly what happens to your details in plain language.

Who is responsible for your information?

What do we collect when you fill in the form?
Only what you type into it. The trial-class form on the contact page asks for your name and mobile number, which are required, and optionally your email address, the class type you are interested in, a preferred batch, and a message. Nothing else about you is captured.
If you choose to mention an injury, a pregnancy or a health condition in the message box, please share only what you are comfortable sharing. We use it to plan a safe version of the practice for you, we do not store it in any medical record, and it is not shared with anyone outside the studio.
What do we do with it?
We call, WhatsApp or email you back about your enquiry, and we confirm your batch. That is all. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not send bulk promotional messages, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with any third party for their own purposes.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as you are a student, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete your details and we will.
What happens to the enquiry form
Nothing you type into the form is sent to us, or to anyone else, when you press the button. The form does not submit to a server at all. It opens WhatsApp on your own device with the details you entered written into a draft message, and nothing leaves your phone or computer until you press send inside WhatsApp. Until then you can edit the message or close it and nothing has been shared.
There is no third-party form service involved, so no company other than WhatsApp itself holds a copy of your enquiry. WhatsApp is owned by Meta and its own privacy terms cover the message once you send it, exactly as they would for any other message you send us.

The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded. Humans never see this field and you never need to do anything about it.
The Google Maps embed
Pages that show a map — the home page and the contact page — load it inside an iframe from Google. When that iframe loads, Google receives your IP address, the page you are on, and information about your browser, and it may set its own cookies. This happens whether or not you interact with the map.
If you would rather not load it at all, our written directions on the contact page contain everything you need to find the studio without the map.
The Google reviews widget
The reviews page displays our Google reviews through Elfsight (elfsight.com), a third-party widget. It loads from Elfsight's own servers, which means Elfsight can see your IP address and set cookies in your browser, in the same way the Google Maps embed can. Reviewer names and profile photographs shown in that box are served by Google.
The widget needs JavaScript. With JavaScript off, the box does not load and nothing is requested from Elfsight at all — the page shows a link to the Google listing instead.
The reviews themselves are written by students on Google, not collected by us. We do not add, edit or remove them, and we do not ask anyone for a review in exchange for a discount.
Analytics
If website analytics are in use, they are there to tell us which pages people read and which they leave — visit counts, referring sites, rough location at city level, and device type. We do not use analytics to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
Where an analytics tool sets cookies, your browser's settings control them. Blocking them does not break anything on this website: every page works without JavaScript and without cookies.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own for tracking. Cookies you may pick up here come from the embedded third parties described above — Google Maps, the reviews widget, and analytics if enabled. You can block or delete them in your browser at any time.
Photographs
Photographs of classes and events appear on the gallery page. Students are asked before a photograph that identifies them is published. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, tell Ritika and it comes down — no explanation needed.
Your choices
- Ask us what details we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your enquiry details.
- Ask us to stop contacting you, at any time, by simply saying so.
Call or WhatsApp +91-7424991400 and we will act on it. A request made on WhatsApp counts exactly the same as one made in writing.
Children
Kids yoga is for ages 7 to 14, and enquiries about a child are made by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information submitted by a child directly.
Changes to this policy
If we change which tools this website uses, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no version history to hunt through; the page you are reading is the current one.
